Integrated Technologies & Design (ITD) was established on May 10, 2010 by Marcia Wever. Driven by a mission to provide only the highest quality service and products for commercial security systems, we have since grown to serve not only Texas, but clients all throughout the U.S and beyond.
From the east and west coasts to everywhere in between, ITD combines rapid response times, experienced installations and management, and friendly service to create the ultimate, client-focused experience.
ITD is an 8(a) certified, woman-owned and minority-owned small business. We sell, install, and service the following systems:

- Access Control Systems (PACS)
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV ) & Video Management Systems
- Gate Operators
- Intercom Systems
- Structured Cabling
ITD can also provide and monitor Fire Alarms and Intrusion Systems for organizations in any industry. Our personnel are trained, experienced technicians that specialize in the design, installation, service, maintenance of low voltage systems, and monitor fire alarms, mass notification fire alarms and intrusion.
The ITD Team
Collectively, the ITD management team has over one-hundred (100) years of experience in the safety and security systems field. Our primary customer base is made of government, commercial, and educational facilities.
Marcia Wever
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
A Professional Computer Engineer that has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Marcia first got involved with security working for Kronos Time and Attendance and has since moved to IP Video systems and running a company. She presently runs our entire organization and has grown ITD to multiple branch locations and a leader in the industry.
Laura Real Y Vasquez
GENERAL MANAGER
Laura has been with ITD since the beginning and is a valuable asset to this company. She handles all purchasing and billing matters. Laura’s role with the company is a vital one in that she makes sure our client’s needs are met and their service calls are taken care of as soon as possible. Laura has a great working relationship with our clients and is key to our company’s success.
John Wever
CTO/VP SALES
John spent almost a decade in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator. He moved into the security industry and has attained BICSI certifications and a certification Level III from the National Institute of Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET) for Fire Alarm systems and is certified with the State Fire Marshal’s office for design of Fire Systems. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and is certified in video, access control and numerous other systems. CSEIP Certified
Sean Nordberg
TEXAS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Sean Nordberg, specializes in security systems integration and design. Sean’s notable projects include a wireless camera surveillance system for Fort Bliss’ perimeter, as well as, a full upgrade of an access control system for an International Airport. Sean works closely with of his customers to provide the best system to fit their needs and budget. CSEIP Certified.
Steve Good
NEW MEXICO DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Steve Good has been in the industry for over 25 years. He has successfully created multiple start up companies and grown them into successful small businesses. Steve works directly with customers and GC’s and ensures ITD’s team a quick and successful installation process. He has sold and managed over 1,000 systems in New Mexico and is a leader in the industry.
